Abigail L. Wright

Abigail L. Wright, as an attorney and counselor, has experience in a wide variety of legal areas and works toward efficient and effective solutions for her clients.

Abigail earned her B.A from in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy from Michigan State University in 2011, during which she worked for the State House of Representatives. She earned her J.D. in 2015 from Wayne State University Law School, where she was a Dean’s Scholar Award recipient and helped to develop national legislative initiatives and promote entrepreneurial opportunities in Detroit.

At Galloway and Collens, PLLC, Abigail practices both Real Estate and Probate Law. She works to make sure that her clients are protected at each stage of their real estate transactions and draws upon years of litigation and courtroom experience to settle title and boundary disputes efficiently and amicably. She helps clients navigate estate and end-of-life planning, working closely with private and government agencies to ensure that the client’s wishes and well-being are preserved throughout every stage of the process.

In addition to her experience in Probate and Real Estate law, Abigail has extensive experience in municipal litigation, including actions for federal civil rights violations. She has served as City Attorney for the Cities of Inkster and Hamtramck, and has worked at State, Federal, and Appellate Courts. She also has experience in criminal law, contract law, bankruptcy and family law.

Abigail is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Sixth Circuit Bar, and the Wayne County Probate Bar Association. She is a member of the Royal Oak Young Professionals, the OMNI Group, the Farmington Hills Toastmasters, and the Our Lady of Sorrows Parish Church.
